Script Writing

From concept to final draft, I provide scriptwriting services across multiple mediums:

  • Literary Journals: Open to being commissioned to interview literary personalities for your journal or write non-fiction pieces as well as review essays

Dramaturgy and Research (Theatre)

As a dramaturg, I’ll work closely with you to ensure your project is grounded in solid research, cultural relevance, and dramatic depth. I have previously worked with Red Beti Theatre (Hamilton), SAWITRI Theatre (Mississauga), and Mental and Emotional Health Awareness Renaissance (Peel Region) as a dramaturg. I assist with:

  • Dramaturgy: Offering insights to deepen the text, characters, and themes of your theatrical work
  • Research: Gathering historical, social, and cultural information to support the authenticity and richness of your play
Editorial Services

  • Literary Writing: Refining creative works, and ensuring clarity, coherence, and stylistic polish
  • Academic Writing: Assisting with structure, argumentation, and scholarly accuracy, helping your academic work stand out
Workshop Facilitation

I have previously offered workshops in different forms of writing, including structures of stories, dialogue writing, character development, and crafting first-draft from initial ideas. I also have experience in leading workshops for academic writing, and can facilitate sessions in crafting thesis statements, avoiding common traps in academic writing, and using references and citations correctly. I am open to inquiries about workshop facilitations from different organizations and individuals in both the above mentioned areas.

Grant Writing

Securing funding is crucial for creative and research projects. I offer grant writing services, helping you craft persuasive and professional grant proposals to increase your chances of success. In my role as the Assistant Artistic Director at SAWITRI Theatre, I have been instrumental in securing grants from the Ontario Arts Council, the City of Mississauga, the Ontario Trillium Foundation, and the Canada Council for Arts.
